Coconut Blossom Sugar is a rich source of potassium, magnesium, zinc and iron. In addition to this it contains Vitamin B1, B2, B3 and B6. Coconut blossom sugar has calories like any carbohydrate, but due to its relatively low glycaemic index it is absorbed into the bloodstream at a much slower rate than refined sugar. This is a good replacement for normal cane sugar. It's a delicious addition to smoothies, oats or plain yogurt, sprinkled over pancakes or simply used in baking.
